Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to Siri IT Innovations. Working as part of a dedicated sales team, the BDE will have his/her own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors. He/she will be responsible for developing a sales contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding to procurement led RFIs and pitching to small and medium sized clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop a high level of knowledge of Global Data offerings while developing relationships with industry professionals and organizations towards generating a pipeline of future business opportunities to achieve revenue goals
  • Perform independent research on prospective key clients within the marketplace
  • Develop new business opportunities to sell the products that we offer in the market research solutions through lead generation, prospecting and cold calling
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients at senior management and executive levels
  • Consistently move the prospect towards a positive buying decision or commitment and demonstrate drive in meeting targets
  • Effectively present key features and benefits while focusing on customer needs
  • Other duties as required

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identifies trend-setter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Digital Analyst

We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

Mid level .NET developer

We are looking for a mid‐level .Net Developer who is able to independently solve complex, analytical problems with innovative approaches and solutions. The qualified individual will be a customer focused team player that has extensive experience developing applications through the entire SDLC utilizing Visual Basic .NET, ASP.NET, and C#. Familiarity with various technologies is essential as is attention to detail and thoroughness.

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of ASP/ASP.NET development experience and at least 1 year of Visual Studios 2005/2008
  • 3+ years experience with MSSQL 2000/2005
  • 1+ years of C# development experience
  • 1+ years of XML (any combination of XML, XSLT, and XSD)
  • Knowledge of Object‐Oriented and distributed programming principles as well as design patterns and Best Practices
  • Experience with one or more application servers and Servlet containers
  • Candidates should be able to work with Business Analysts, QA, and non‐technical stakeholders to understand issues and requirements that shape project delivery

Sr.PHP developer

Provide support for Dewpoint or Customer projects. The individual filling this role needs to be an experienced PHP developer with professional web development experience writing PHP code from scratch. Adding simple customizations to content management systems such as Joom la or Drupal is not sufficient. For this role, Dewpoint is looking for skilled developers who can hit the ground running.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • At least 4 years of professional web development experience
  • At least 3 years of experience developing in PHP in either a Windows or a Linux environment
  • At least 3 years of experience developing in JavaScript as part of a web application; experience with JQuery preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a SQL based database such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL; MySQL and SQL Server preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience using a PHP framework such as Cake, Zend, or Symfony; Symfony preferred
  • At least 2 years of object oriented programming, with at least one year using object oriented PHP
  • At least 1 year of experience using a source control system such as CVS, Subversion, TFS, or Git
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a team of three or more professional web developers

Junior PHP developer

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Write clean, well designed code
  • Produce detailed specifications
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Follow industry best practices
  • Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 year of software development experience in PHP
  • Minimum 1-2 year of software development experience in PHP
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc
  • Required frameworks: Code Igniter, Cake PHP.
